From the Gold Coast Airport, head south-west on Terminal Drive toward Eastern Avenue. Turn right onto Eastern Avenue & at the roundabout, take the second exit onto Terminal Drive. Turn left onto Gold Coast Highway where you will see signs for Surfers Paradise/Brisbane. Get on M1 from Gold Coast Hwy & Tugun Currumbin Rd. Follow M1 to Gavin, take exit 66 from M1. Take Naper Road, Captain Cook Drive, Pine Ridge Road then E Quay Drive to Middle Key Drive in Biggera Waters.

Travel time from Brisbane airport is roughly 40 minutes.
