The RSL Art Union Prize Home Lottery Draw 360 closes at 8:00 pm AEST on November 13^th, 2018 and the draw will take place at 10:00 am on November 21^st at Anzac House, 283 St Pauls Terrace, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006.

Members of the public, as always, are welcome to attend and watch the draw live.

Winners will be notified by registered mail following the draw. Results will also be published in both The Courier Mail and The Australian on 23 November 2018.

Income Potential

The estimated combined rental income for all three apartments is $126,360. Living in the Melbourne apartment and renting out the homes in Sydney and Airlie beach will bring in about $100,000 a year. Choosing to live in either the Sydney or Airlie Beach apartments and renting out the other two should result in an annual income of approximately $77,000.

All three apartments are located in real estate markets that should continue to climb, providing great investment potential over time. With a combined value of over $2 million, however, selling up and cashing in might be hard to resist!
